Numerous customer service issues at this location. Problems with friendliness, management, employees, work ethic, honoring restaurant and lobby hours (doors locked 2hrs before close). Even though the family meal combos are priced well, it’s hardly practical for our family of 6 to go there again, and we’ve gone dozens of times thinking it will eventually work out. Disappointed nearly every time. Corporate needs to get involved and check into how this franchisee is running it.
I was desperately craving red beans and rice and a sandwich. Im a northern boy with a love of the new Orleans kitchen lol. Thank you for being here! Staff was great, they deserve raises. Food was done well and out fast. No complaints. Quite the opposite. Very clean and nice place!
