The local boards are full of complaints about this place, and now I completely understand why. There always seems to be an issue, or they are sold out of half the menu. They served us genuinely raw, rubbery chicken, making our entire meal inedible, and still refused to refund the $11. Their total lack of concern, accountability, or basic customer service is appalling. They clearly do not care about their customers. Absolutely unacceptable.
First time here and was very impressed. I’ve had some under cooked chicken from Popeyes in the past, but despite being a huge piece, it was cooked perfectly. Served hot and fast by friendly staff in a clean restaurant. What more could I ask for!
My husband and I come through the drive-thru quite often and get the same thing. Today was the first time we were properly taken care of with great customer service from Randy. Just wanted to say thank you
I love the chicken, the cheese sandwiches are made fresh and hot, and the chicken is delicious. My family was delighted with the food. Good job!
