We had ordered a pick up order waited 25 minutes for the food our bag was missing a food item a staff member made eye contact with me and walked right past me then began to talk about us loudly worst customer service I’ve ever seen

Ordered fine, but she said it would be 4-5 minutes, for fresh Chick, I said ok.
I don’t know what happened. I don’t know how they were physically able to make the food this bad.
This was my first time ever at a Popeyes. Merchant ID# 334338728887 in Cadillac, MI. It will definitely be my last at ANY Popeyes. Ordered for here (not take-out) and waited a long time. The guy at the counter had a hard time even getting our order right. Guy behind us who ordered waited for over 20 minutes and still no food. The guy behind him got his food packaged "to-go" instead of "for here" so made them redo. WE WERE THE ONLY THREE PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT!! Oh my Lordy! I'll never spend a cent at this joint again.
