Staff is nice. Food was hot and very quick!
I had a good experience, my food was fresh, at a good price, and they were fast.
The staff are very courteous and professional. I used mobile ordering but they are in the food court, so it's a preference to mobile order. They asked if I needed sauces and had all utensils already with my order. We had Mac, wings, and 2x chicken sandwiches. They were fresh, hot, and well made. We are very happy with the service and preparation.
Extremely poor service. I got large meals with extra fries. They charge for extra sauce packets and I paid for extra ketchup and barbecue. They refused to give me ketchup but we're happy to take my money for it. I finally got 4 small packets of ketchup and the employee was mumbling something under his breath, disgusted that I had the audacity to ask for ketchup with my fries.
