The chicken is pretty good, but they have literally never gotten my order right across five separate visits - at least one item is left out every time, usually more than onr. My husband keeps asking me to pick up food from here but in the future I'm going to say no.
We eat at Popeyes at least twice a month and out of all of the times, this was our best visit yet! Donovan was on top of his game! Food was fresh and everything was correct on the order. We appreciate it! And can something be done about the reward points being added from the receipt onto the app? No matter how many times or ways I enter the rewards code, it says invalid. I’ve tried contacting support and can never get a response. Donovan was also helpful in trying to resolve this issue as well.
