Absolutely Terrible Service I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at this Popeyes location. I placed an online order and waited until I received a confirmation before heading to the restaurant. When I arrived, I showed the employee my name and order confirmation. Instead of actually helping me or checking on the food, they walked away. I stood there waiting for **15 to 20 minutes** and nobody ever came back out to update me. The food portion for the price was not good. This was $7.99 plus tax.
Fast, friendly service
One of the big guys staff there tried to pull a fast one by attempting to charge $1 for water. I asked, “isn’t water free?”, and answered, “Water is free but we have to charge for cups and ice!”. Not sure if he thought I was a tourist but that’s really bad. He eventually did provide the water, but I’ve never been asked for money at any other Popeyes ever. Also food wise, I ordered the wrap and the chicken was cold already. And this is a high volume place. The franchisee should be fired!
