Manager is horrible here She has no customer service even skills she needs training I tried to explain to her about the Tmobile deal and she wanted to argue and not understand. I’m a first responder worker really didn’t have the energy for her.
Ai taking the orders holds up the drive thru
I am writing this review right now as I sit in the front of the drive thru line, to wait 5 minutes for wings to complete cooking and be prepared. It's now 20 minutes later, two different lines of people have passed, and I am still waiting for chicken that I have already paid for. This is ridiculous and whomever is in charge of this mess, needs serous re-,training.
