My experience at this Popeye’s was truly awful. I spent 40 minutes queuing at the drive-through. An unusually long wait by any standard. When I finally received my order, the food was completely unacceptable. The chicken was stone cold, dry, and clearly had been sitting far too long before being served. After such a long wait, receiving food in this state was beyond frustrating. The dark meat is the best
Update: I gave them another try today and was given undercooked chicken. Disgusting. The Mac and cheese was clearly made in a pot or container that was not cleaned properly. It tasted like bleach or the cheese used was expired, and I felt sick hours later. Restaurant and corporate didn’t even bother helping me resolve this unsafe issue. I’ll be contacting health department of Miramar regarding the issue
This Popeyes in Miramar does not cook their chicken long enough. Twice I have gone and the chicken is not fully cooked. I took it back to the counter and showed the manager, I was given new chicken and the same thing, not fully cooked.
