I love Popeyes chicken. But this location never opens on time, go on lunch they're supposed to open at 10AM🙄 got there at 10:15 bit they didn't open until after 11AM🤦🏿♂ The customer service and consistency of operations need A LOT OF WORK! I pray the owner sees this review and does something about it. Have a blessed day 🙏🏿
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had compared to other Popeyes locations. Ghost Pepper Wings are my favorite, but unfortunately, they were poorly prepared and completely spoiled the experience for me. The service was also disappointing. The restaurant did not look clean, and the person serving the food did not appear to be maintaining proper cleanliness or hygiene. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the food quality and the service at this location.
2nd shift everyone and thing is dirty. No gloves no hand washing no one in uniforms customer service is terrible.
