Ordered DoorDash from this location and didn't even receive the chicken from my order. Tried calling the store to see if I could at least pick up the order that I paid for and got no answer. Essentially paid over $50 for 4 biscuits to be delivered to me.
Paid 12.49 for 3 piece dinner. Mac wasn’t ready so I had to pull in space to wait.. waited wayyy to long he comes out apologies and then says he needs to get me a fork no problem.. get home no biscuit and the chicken is cold. Tried to call no answer.. tried to chat and the chat won’t accept I guess because I didn’t place an online order. I’m sooo angry bc I don’t come here often just wanted a nice chicken and biscuit meal for the weekend.. Ordered blackened tenders online and when I got home I realize they gave me the classic. Is it a huge deal? No. But someone should have told me. I know a lot of places “don’t do” blackened tenders because the workers are too lazy. When I went there today I could tell the person at the window was annoyed. Oh and didn’t get the sauces that I ordered either. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Popeyes location. The first issue that needs immediate attention is the air conditioning. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, making it an unpleasant environment for customers and employees alike. To make matters worse, my order and my child's order were prepared incorrectly. After already dealing with that inconvenience, I was served sweet tea that had a mildew-like taste, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
