She did amazing working by herself so kind and helpful
The short lady working the register tonight had a very bad attitude. She was impatient and rude. The meal came with a medium cup and she gave me a small then tried to charge me for asking for something comparable. When I asked to change the coupon she took it and threw it on the counter. I cancelled my order because I don’t need to deal with that attitude. This needs to be addressed.
I have been coming to this food court for about 20 years, for while I do not see a Manager Loredana who took care of me and my unit left for years with great respect ,now I keep see this woman that when I ask where the manager Loredana was ,very rudely she answer I'm the found court manager or tag was say Charity ,her behave attitude, is Uncalled for it ,forgot half my food ,and this the people we put in charge now ? The food was okay, but the manager there was terrible. I believe her name is Charity, I saw how she acted towards the employees under her, she was EXTREMELY passive aggressive while the employees just looked defeated after being talked to in that manner.
