Haven’t been to this location since their menu change and only having butterfly shrimp. Decided to try to the flounder sandwich today. Pulled up to the window and they let me know it had to be made to order and would be 6-7 minutes which was fine but the staff seemed upset I still wanted the item? I would have had no issue pulling forward to wait either since they let me know it would be a bit. Our order was great no issues with anything and the sandwich was amazing. Sweet tea was on point as well.
Got my meal wrong on two different occasions. The only two times I've ever been to that location
Im giving one less star because when I bought the family bucket, when I got home and served it to my family, the chicken taste and look as though they recycled it. Like its not fresh. Its taste old. But the service was good, the guy in the counter is very personable and kind so it makes up for the chicken
Had a bad experience here twice now. They or them at the counter aren’t friendly. No greeting or anything, just on their phone. First encounter had really bad stomach pains from the food. They wouldn’t honor an app deal, even though it said their location was included. They asked me to cancel and re-order… customer service is just non existent here, even though they don’t have customers. The owner of this location should really address their employees.
