I have ordered from Popeyes many times. The fiod is always good and it is done right. But, tonight, I placed 2 orders of 2 pieces of spicy chicken, only got one box!!! I got one box, not spicy chicken, wrong pieces and the entirety of another order missing! I ordered from the app for a drive thru pick up and was taken advantage off for trusting that they would get the order correct. From now on, will be checking the bag. Great service and delicious chicken
I have asked for 5 bbq sauce packs for the combo order of 5 piece chicken, 2 frys and 2 biscuits. Didn’t ask for any other condiments. The employee said “I could give 3. Five is too much” since when did popeyes started limiting condiments?
