It took forever in the drive thru...plus whatever happened to actually get spicy chicken...they advertised it but I don't think they actually have any...!!!
I order pickup for 6:30pm and received my food at 7:00 . There is no reason why I should be waiting for 30 mins for my food. Get better staff that can cook the food faster. This is not fast food! After getting home I also realized that part of my order was wrong and the fried chicken looks like crap.
Long wait time to get food.
