It took over an hour from my online order submission to walking out with my food. At least 3 walk-ins got their large orders before I got mine while I was still waiting. I ordered 12 piece family combo and 4 of my wings weren't cooked well, the wings weren't breaded so we didn't eat them. For about $50 I deserved better service and food.
It took forever in the drive thru...plus whatever happened to actually get spicy chicken...they advertised it but I don't think they actually have any...!!! Update October 31st by now I been here over 14 times easily and not once I ever got spicy chicken...even though I ordered spicy ..I don't know why they keep advertising it if they have it ....sucks
Promt staff, amazing food.
Sometimes it's nice fresh juicy chicken, but usually it's very small dry piece of garbage, so IDK.
