Paid $17 for this. I had less than 10 pieces of shrimp, cold food, and a watered down drink. The manager refused to fix the order suggesting I spend more money on another combo. After 10 minutes she told me to fill out a survey but never printed my receipt so I’m unable to get help. When I questioned the portion and quality, they replied with “inflation.” Highly disappointed in the service and lack of care. I work hard for my money and to feed my family. This experience was very distasteful.
I only go because my cousin likes it. Usually, I just get her something. Chicken seems to be fresh and hot more often than not, but window service is iffy, and they're always out of hot sauce & honey, & often leave something out of the order.
I eat there so often that they know my order. Great foid and customer service
