They work their team like a SWEATSHOP. Just being inside the lobby I felt like I was in some terrible place. Very bad and nasty mood from one of what looks like the managers. They need to RETRAIN these people on how to treat CUSTOMERS AND HUMAN BEINGS!!!!!!! Nasty. Chicken tastes just as bad as the mood in there. Do better PopEyes. so terrible. WOULD BE A SHAME IF THE HEALTH INSPECTOR CAME BY RANDOMLY…
I placed an order on-line and once I arrived, I was told to pull into a parking spot and someone would be coming out with my food. 10 min later I decided to go into the restaurant and my order was just sitting on the counter. No one was planning to bring it out to me. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.
Went through drive thru. Wanted to try the Hot ones special, ordered every item associated with it. Somehow, the order came out wrong and they left out sauces that were supposed to be part of the experience. Chicken itself tasted dry like it was sitting out for a while. I usually love PopEyes but this place is a disappointment. Don’t recommend
Staff are awesome, helpful and explain whatever options you don’t know about it. Shows what offers they have specially for share and big meals.
