I want to share that the manager Dinora is the shining star. Every time I go she is polite, friendly and always has a smile. Today she even went above and beyond to help a local high school student by answering some questions about the marketing concepts.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a chicken wrap and fries @3:55pm on a Saturday. The wrap was sub par. Fries old (when I placed my order I had asked if they had hot fries). I complained to the server so his manager came to the window and said that the fries were hot and had just come out. Ironically these people think that we don’t get the difference as if we do not cook and secondly in my younger years I have worked in a food joint as a trainer.
