DONT WORK HERE. The GM (Kimberly Davis-Parker) is messy , unfair , shows favoritism , very unprofessional. They don’t care about the crew , she talks to her crew like her kids. Don’t want to give hours , don’t want to issue raises but constantly getting bonuses that’s not going towards crew , no type of appreciation just rude , unprofessional & a terrible environment to work! Love that Popeyes but chicken was a little dry that day
If and heavy on the if, if I wanted fried chicken I typically will order Popeyes, after today that'll never happen again. I ordered a 3 piece with two sides, get to the window and my order is totally different. I blow my horn to signal the cashier after receiving my receipt, she rolls her eyes & ask me to wait. Customer service was horrible, fries were disgusting. Sorry, I'll never return.
This location went downhill. I use to vouch to everyone that this was the best popeyes in Memphis because everytime I came here they hooked me up. Everything usually be on point here until I went today. It was bad! You could taste the wings flour batter. It tasted like they didn't cook the wings in high enough grease because the wings also tasted greasy. They gave me the wrong flavor. I asked for sweet and spicy. They gave me honey bbq.
