Upon pulling up at 9 o’clock, all employees standing outside the place look like it was closed when got to the drive-through speaker to place an order they were out of all the wraps, all wings all chicken tenders. Why even stay open waste of money and time.
The customer service at this location is unmatched compared to any others I've visited. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly, the manager, and it was clear that she genuinely values customer service. Without a doubt, this Popeyes is the best I've ever been to, and I will definitely return.
Very poor costumer service
Kelli is awesome! I ordered my food and some items were missing. I came the next day and told her about the issue and she immediately made it right before I could even finish my story. She will be the reason I’ll conti to come back to this location.
