A horrible experience of classic POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Drive thru -Arrived around 8:15 pm 10/12 & ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal & 12 piece wings 1/2 spicy & 1/2 classic.. The Hispanic lady over the intercom sofly with a thick accent said .”we can’t do that!” Therefore I said just get me full dozen classic with Louisiana sauce packets. Bad customer service I was told that I was waiting on fries after 6 minutes I pulled back up to the drive thru to see what was taking so long and the girl was trying to lecture me telling me oh well we were trying to clean the fryer and that it takes time to make food mam you told me all I was waiting on is fries don’t try and lecture me when you told me all I was waiting on is fries

I don’t visit Popeyes often, team was awesome. Prepared fresh hot food for me. The drive through young lady was beautiful inside and out, she pleasantly took my order and gave assistance saving with a Deal! I appreciate the great customer service and that she gave it all with a Smile!
