Check your food before leaving I ordered a 5 piece got home 2 little old chicken wings and only 4 pieces not good at all
They said I had to wait 10 mins for wings, drum sticks, and thighs. 5 minutes after I placed my order. No Compensation!
I know I shouldn't expect much from a place like Popeyes, but what is it about your workers that they cannot use their brain to include the sauces in doordash orders? I know for a fact they dont eat their food dry so why do they expect us to? I have a bad back and knee so sometimes when they flareup I have to order my food and can't go myself. Is it too much to ask to include sauces and utensils? Dang. Also the coleslaw slaw was warm. Im not eating that
I was there last night with four of my friends. We spent almost $50.00 for food YET. We were told we can’t USE the bathroom to wash our hands. Could not BELIEVE, I spoke to Antonio who said to me he was the GM and mentioned Because the restaurant is closed and is Company POLICY for guest not use the bathroom even though it was only 9:20 when I noticed the Restaurant was still open for business and customers were coming in to order.
