Ordered on self-serve terminal and was the only one on cue. It still took 15 minutes to get my order. The girl on the counter was not very friendly.
They served my order to a different customer. They did not ask for a receipt from the other customer. I had to wait again, plus I ordered 8 spicy chicken, and because they gave my order to a different customer... they only have available 7 spicy chicken. The manager thought that was just fine... but not for us customer. I paid for it. No compensation nor there was a sincerity in the apology. One more thing, that was an easy one. Never come here don’t even stop by i’ve came here 4 times stop get lunch they never have anything they never have their fountain drinks working they never have dipping sauce. They never have fries and they’re always out of chicken flavors and the manager has rude attitude. Don’t even stop by here if you’re a trucker complete waste of time and money and overpriced food ( update 12 hours later i have food poisoning sick and throwing up this place is the worst restaurant im tejon .)
