I keep trying to give Popeyes a chance because I love chicken but this place is just downright awful no matter what time of day you go. I witnessed the employees touching the food with their bare hands even the older lady. They pull you and make you wait and go inside and your order is not even made

I went to use the bathroom before ordering my food a worker came out of the men’s bathroom stall with white stuff in his nose idk what it was and I didn’t bother to ask I just used to bathroom and immediately left after

If I could rate this place a 0, I would, the management is so bad, I can’t believe ppl actually want to go here. As a worker, you work for the customer, if you have no customers, you won’t get paid. The customer service is so bad. Whoever is controlling the store needs to get it together or shut this place down

express my absolute disgust and outrage at the horrific scenes I witnessed at your establishment. This place needs to be shut down immediately. As I was walking in with my family to enjoy a meal, I saw a heavy white guy with a ponytail brutally body slam a gentleman wearing a black shirt right out the back door. This wasn’t some minor scuffle—this was downright violent and completely unacceptable behavior in any public place, let alone one where paying customers expect to feel safe.
