So disappointed with the last visit. I was given the wrong order, it tasted old, the floor was dirty and the staff seemed too distracted to be of service

I wonder how much money the Popeyes in Owensboro Kentucky lost on Saturday, August 2. We sat in the drive-through for 26 minutes and watched eight vehicles leave and eventually we left as well. The car in front of us stayed at the speaker the entire time and nobody was talking to them. When we drove around the building, there was one car at the window. I don’t know why I keep going back because it is the worst service I have ever seen every time.
