Every time I go here. They mess up my order They always forget food. Asked for fresh shrimp gave me shrimp that had to be sitting all day. They didn’t change over the sprite because it was nasty and they left a whole meal had to drive back cross town to get the food again. Service sucks never going back

The customer service we just received at Popeyes in Rocky Mount, NC was honestly the BEST we have received in a long time!! Ciera went above and beyond to make sure our family was satisfied in EVERY way possible! From the moment we arrived to the speaker box to the time we left the building!!! It was really outstanding! Thank you again for servicing our family we will be back time and time again!!
