I have never seen a more inept Popeye's Restaurant than this one. Back in middle May after having a doctor appointment in Columbus, we wanted Popeye's chicken. My husband loves the wings! When we got there and started inside, an employee came out and said they were closed. There was something going on. out of shrimp and chicken was more crust than anything else
