Ordered from the app, love the wings
Waited an hour for a family meal and the food was still cold, not happy about anything I ordered and they left off an order of wings, I won’t be ordering here anymore. I’m just tired of the long waits, food either barely cooked or already cold, no utensils or napkins and no sauces whatsoever. The service is always so slow, the people are always so rude and they always ask me to come in!! If I’m going through a drive thru it’s because I don’t want to go in, I’m not dressed to go in or I’m in a hurry. Even better if you ask them anything they lose their minds on you. This has to be the absolute worst location. Most of the time I drive an extra 25 minutes to get better service in Chesapeake.
Went in there this evening about 5 and had a pretty big order, the 2 ladies behind the counter were absolutely amazing (I just wish I had gotten their names) even though we were a bit complicated. There was another lady and gentleman making the food and everything was so good. Hands down best experience at Popeyes! Thank you so much ❤️
