Were supposed to be dropping cajun fries for me that I was told would take 7 minutes, but I was given cold fries, not the freshly cooked fries. Worker swept floor, went outside, came back inside, never washed or sanitized hands and never put on gloves - but used his dirty bare hands to line the box of chicken and the box of cold fries. I dont know who seasoned the chicken cooked around 1 pmtiday 3/31/26 BUT FINALLY. Its right. Correct crust, correct seasonings. Delicious and juicy chefs kiss. I've waited 3 yrs to get " The real Louisiana Popeyes" here in MO. Thank you!
Mal servicio me dieron un pollo medio calentado las papas creo eran del año pasado duras y llenas de aceite. Me atendieron de mal gusto pedí ranch y no me dieron ninguna salsa. Era servicio de carro y cuando abrí me pedido en el camino no llevaba nada de salsas. Y el pollo se sentía viejo con el sabor de aceite quemado o viejo rancio.
update one year later the guy at the front (about 40 slender) took orders told the cook what he needed and was so nice and speedy he checked all the boxes I didn't catch his name if I see him again ill add it but he changed my one star review to five stars awesome job my guy
