The fact that they have a 3 star rating and have nothing but negative reviews and they haven’t even been opened that long and it seems like nobody’s doing anything about it I hear things about this place all the time and I’ve never even been here and I don’t think I ever will.

We ordered our food on app online. Didn’t get our chicken just sides (it was a large family meal). We didn’t realize the main course (chicken) was missing till we got to our destination for a pot luck - called multiple times and got no answer then finally that night spoke to ESIAS. Went in got order replaced (or so they thought) but when I got home (8 mins from their location) the CHICKEN was STILL MISSING , not put in the bag. Ordered online. Did the surf and turf. The shrimp were supposed to be flavored but they were not and the chicken strips were the smallest I've ever seen. Total forgot all our sauces. Would have ranked lower but my husbands chicken sandwich was great.
