Worst chicken ever. The chicken had a burnt taste to it. I tried contacting Popeyes head office via online chat. Online chat asks for a picture of the receipt. The lady behind the counter never provided me with a receipt so I couldn’t do anything about it online.
Once again another disappointing attempt at a trip at popeyes. Wait in the drive through just to find out oh sorry we're out of spicy chicken. You're a chicken place, who runs out of chicken? If you want some really good chicken go to Ellsworth and Apache trail inside the Sinclair gas station and get the Krispy chicken box. Hot, fresh and delicious!
I’ve always used the drive-thru at this location, but recently decided to actually go inside and eat. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The male employee at the counter was respectful and seemed to be doing his job, so I have no complaint about him. However, the female employee working the drive-thru was extremely concerning.
