At the drive-thru, I started giving my order and the attendant (who I would later find out is named Esmerelda) asked me to slow down which was fine. I continued giving my order more slowly, but before I finished, she said the total was $29.96. I told her I wasn't quite finished making the order, but she just raised her voice and repeated the total of $29.96 and rudely told me to pull forward and cut off the connection. The food was delicious and plentiful. But i wanted to take my family inside to sit and eat after hours of shopping. It seems that the employees are aloud to bring their children to work and just sit in the dinning room. The lady behind the counter yelled at the two boys a few time without a care at all about the guests in the dinning room. It also seems employees bring their battery operated scooters inside and charge them in the dining room. I won't be back to dine in.
