Want slow service where staff is more into flirting with eachother rather then making your food you ordered this is a place to go. It takes over a hour to get the food you ordered online. Ordering online is not a convenience so no point in it... I will not be coming back to this location I am over it....
Everytime I come through drive thru they always don’t have baked Mac n cheese or they forget half my order and no one ever answers the phone. The drive thru cashier always got an attitude. Since when since have we not been able to half and half sodas? Scott please get better people!
Worst experience ever! Literally took 45 min to get my app order of 3 chicken strips and small red beans and rice. The drive through took over 5 minutes before acknowledging me and when I said hello, they actually yelled at me. I told them I ordered in advance in the app and they said they needed more time! They asked me to pull around and they would bring it out. I waited 10 min in my car and nothing. So I went in and asked and the person snapped at me and said "well we are busy!" They get the order wrong every single time we go here or order for delivery. Not one time has the entire order been correct. It shouldn't be possible to be that bad at your job.
We waited for 50 minutes for an online order. The food is good but the wait was terrible and there were workers not doing anything while there were about other 10 people waiting for their food too. Not impressed.
