Customer service was very unpersonable, acted like they didn't care if they were there or not, food was very very bland, no taste of seasoning whatsoever. Was so disappointed as this is/was one of my favorite restaurants

I honestly have no idea what is going on here. The wait in the drive through was over 30 minutes for 2 people. First, they didn’t give us 1 of our 3 meals, forgot our drinks, and all of our sauces. Then when we told them, we got our sauces, red drinks that definitely wasn’t strawberry Fanta, and some random chicken nuggets we didn’t order. If I could put a negative number I would. My husband and I went to eat here today for lunch, we dined in. We sat in a booth by the north widows so as far away from the front counter as you can get. Our entire lunch we listened to an older guy in the back yelling and cussing at the staff. Of course this caused some of the staff to yell and cuss back at him. We decided to try this Popeyes. Bad idea, pretty dirty on the inside. We watched a couple workers making food without gloves on. I ordered a spicy chicken with cheese, came without cheese, so they screwed that up. The food was hot, but I would not recommend going here.
