I walked into this store at 9177 Atley Road and up to the counter. There was no one else in line. Behind the counter was helping with the drive through orders and totally ignored me. I honestly waited no less than five minutes before deciding.I didn't want to eat there and walked out. They didn't say we will be with you in a minute. Management that was Working when I went in was a young gentleman and he was very courteous friendly and made me feel like I was very welcome
Very bad service, not clean and employees talk to each other and ignore customers. This was my favorite place to eat chicken but not anymore, after I just got back from there and their doors are closed . There are people eating there, I knocked on the door but the guy ignored me, so I left and they lost me as a customer with a lot of my friends.
I would not recommend this location. When I placed my order through the mobile app, the drive-through was completely empty and there were multiple employees sitting outside. There was absolutely no excuse for multiple items to be missing from my order when the store was not busy. When I got home, I realized several items I paid for were missing.
