I didn’t want to use a kiosk (I’m old school). Bertha was the employee that took my order. She was AWESOME! 🤩 She was attentive & so kind. I even complimented her on her positive attitude. The food was fresh & not a long wait time. One of the best Popeyes locations in the area. I will definitely past the other locations just to get to this location now.
Great service and always happy employees to help me out with sauce, and always fast to get my food.
This is the 3RD location that has disappointed me. On this night July 20,2026. employees who are scheduled working the night shift at this location needs to be either suspended for training or needs to be fired. I walked in, the 3 employees working lacked food service , customer service & food preparation. Paid $45 and my food was dry & missing ingredients that I paid extra for.
