FYI the biscuits where the best I've had at Popeyes in years soft warm and tasted fresh. Normally the biscuits are dry and hard. Then sometimes just tossed away.
I had a bad experience off of the south 70th location. I came in to order a meal for me & my kids. I stood there for 10 minutes without any courtesy acknowledgment and they were not busy. Then as I’m trying to order I overhear the cook in the back & a short kind of bigger lady, I think she’s a manager going back and forth due to the cook not wanting to cook anymore chicken, the lady also had a very bad attitude, was getting agitated the whole time I was there.
