The customer service is absolutely terrible 😭 zero skills whatsoever. Food was bleh
I asked if I could get some ranch, the shift manger Rose said it's .39 cent a piece, so I said ok I'll pay. She said no you can have for free but for future I need to pay on the order. So I told her it didn't give me options to add to my orders, so then her and another female employee started calling me out saying I was lying. Really terrible service for people going into the restaurant, avoid if you aren't doing drive-thru or delivery. I stopped in today because I hadn't had some fried chicken in awhile and it sounded good. Stood at the counter in front of a register for five minutes with nobody helping me. Manager noticed me during that period and told me someone would be with me soon, then promptly forgot about me. I got tired of waiting for Popeye's to deign to take my money and left. The amount of cussing and inappropriate behavior that I endured while they screwed around waiting for an order was atrocious. This place is disgustingly disrespectful and everyone on morning shift on 10/9 should be fired with the conversations I was overhearing. WOW. What pathetic service.
Pulled up an hour before close and was met with nothing but attitude. “It’ll be 6 mins for fries”, “ok”-then she’s pissed that I was fine with waiting. Every food item I asked for they were supposedly out of and me trying to stay polite and kind just pissed them off even more. Told me to go wait at the back of the building for my fries. While sitting there waiting, I could hear them yelling and screaming at each other over my music.
