I go to this popeyes because it's the only one on the south side of town. I love popeyes, but everytime I go here my order is incorrect, both missing and extra items. Tonight (1/16) I went through the drive thru, spent 20 minutes waiting, got 4 out of 5 drinks, missing a side of red beans and rice, and order 5 biscuits and received 12 biscuits. Some people mentioned a rude employee, I wondered if it was the same lady that asked the customer about their order when the name of the order was already given. Got frustrated when she couldn’t hear what the customer said. She needs to come to the drive thru window when talking to the customer so she can hear the customer and not talk across the kitchen where she was scooping potatoes into containers.
