I love Popeyes but this location on E Capitol Expy is not good to eat at due to the fact the the manager is saving money on doing it all him self. He handles the money and then turn around and puts the food in your basket without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I told him about this and all he said was I know, I know but times are tuft.
