Tell your people about Popeye's spicy strips that I got potatoes and tea and very courteous and respectful for young people to run the store I would go there again and again whenever I'm in town the employees treat you with respect and not like you owe them something.

I am very disappointed with the service, you guys should put someone in front who has a good customer service. I saw her did not charge the other guy with the buttermilk and charged mine, she said that they can’t give me a plain rice it should be with beans (the first ever store that can’t give me a plain rice) and give us a different piece and give us the non-spicy even if we ordered spicy and when we reach out she got the nerve to have an attitude.
This restaurant is normally my go-to eventhough I have a store 5min from where I live. This location always has great service. I am assuming they were having technical difficulties last night due to the lack of customer service and the fact that I never got to order anything. The employees are clearly trying, but this location is constantly understaffed. Service suffers because there simply aren’t enough people working. Management or ownership needs to step up and support the staff better instead of putting all the pressure on employees. 40 minutes for 2 sandwich I was mad then I came inside and saw them running and doing their best, but only 2 employees for this traffic... not acceptable they need new managers or ownership.
