What happened today was a horrible experience! I was treated like a criminal because we were laughing about a customer who placed an order online and the cashier told him that they didn't have anything he ordered! His look made us laugh. A man came in and made a joke about him being fired because he had to wait for food and his lunch break was over. We all laughed. The manger banned me from the store! I was at Popeyes on Mansell/Alpharetta Hwy. I witnessed a racist incident from a black man to black people. As a Caucasian man I asked the people standing there how long were waiting for their chicken. They said that they were just waiting on fresh chicken. I made a joke about missing my lunch break. Everyone started laughing. We all just made happiness as opposed to being angry and asking for our money back. The lady that was standing there kept everyone calm. This was the best Popeyes i've had in a long time. The customer service was excellent. The staff greeted you with a smile and eye contact. The chicken was fresh and crispy. The french fries were cooked to perfection!!. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! I definitely would visit again and again!!!
Never leave this Popeyes without checking your order in detail. I can’t say that maybe four out of five times you will not get what you ordered.
