One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Didn’t receive half of what we paid for and we’re told that they couldn’t do anything about it. The food we did receive was wrong. The employee said she would have to charge us again to make it right. Was told ketchup, ranch, and gravy were $4.00 each. Couldn’t even get a sauce for $55 worth of food

I just want to send out a big shot to Blanca she was very kind and patient on explaining the difference between the boxes I was ordering and that was literally my first time ever experience that kind of service from a fast food worker. So Blanca keep being kind and patient with good folks like me because your entire personality rocks. The only issue I had was with some of my food but that’s ok because Blanca made that right and I’m going back to pickup fresh food that she will personally fix herself this time.
