Today is 8-15-25 Saturday 11:09 AM. Take out/mobile order. Order # 5… After seeing the commercial for 3 pieces of chick for $5, we placed two orders for pickup. We picked up the order through drive-thru and went inside because the pieces we got were NOT FRESH AND BURNT/ not edible. There was one woman taking the order and one man cooking the food. They basically close early. I went last night an hour and half before close and they didnt have any breasts and refused to make any... went to abother location... no problem. Came again another night.... and no white meat..
Well the place is cleaner than most Popeyes in the Austin area. Service is horrible unless you know the cashiers. Stood in line while the cashier gave samples of sauces to someone she obviously knew... then left the counter to go personally make their sandwiches telling the other staff what she was doing. Walked out. 5 stars for cleanliness 0 for customer service = 2 stars.
I Love this Popeyes every time I ask for fresh chicken they make it the best part is they don’t get mad like other places do I will always come here
