Whoever is the manager on duty from 6:30-7-pm on Monday July 20 at the Rogers Pleasant Grove location needs to be retrained or let go. I hold accountable the franchisee, the training manager as well as the manager on duty. The employees clearly were trying to keep things going but were overwhelmed and frustrated. I make my order online around 7p.m The app said that it was ready for pickup. When I got there they're out of the Mac and cheese and the rice and beans besides that the order wasn't ready i have to wait for it at the parking lot. How's possible this is the second time that happened to me in a month there. They don't have the sides that I want. worst Popeye ever
The store on Pleasant Grove Rd in Rogers Arkansas is one of the best Popeye's I've eaten at. Food is perfect and service is fast.
Ordered online, waited ten minutes to drive to the store. Was told to pull around and they would bring it out. Mobile app updated to ready after waiting 25 minutes. I explained the app said it was ready and was told "we literally got no control on dat bro, 10 more minutes", then another employee yelled and called another the R-word while I was in the dining room. I don't come here for the classy atmosphere but dam....get it together
