LITERALLY some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. If it’s not the almost 30 minute wait to pick up a takeout order, several times now, that’s already said it’s done, their stated inability to even add the slightest bit of extra butter to a biscuit, it’s the half full $8 L side of red beans and rice, hold rice due to an allergy, they won’t rectify. I am a serial Popeyes chicken consumer. This is by far, hands down the best tasting chicken in our area. I pass by 2 other Popeyes locations to go here. The staff know me by name and I now consider most of family. Mary the manager is leading the crew and its a testament to great management skills and the employees are consistent.

Ordered chicken tenders and it disappointed me by a mile. They were deep fried Jerky. There was barely any meat and what every that was there was so tough. This place used to be good. Not anymore.

If you are going to charge for condiments, how about you put them in the bag!! 2nd time in a row ordering thru drive thru and you get minimal service all around, owners should be changed out along with management..
