Would give 0/5 if possible. After waiting over 45 minutes for a mobile order, the $9 box of shrimp that was supposed to be 1/4lb had 13 popcorn shrimp-see picture. I also ordered tenders that were given to us still raw in the middle (also pictured)!!! They also left out our caramel cheesecake cup and dipping sauces they charge extra for… and no napkins or plasticware or anything! No response from management or corporate for an apology! Man working the window is on top of things tonight. That was a great drive-thru experience
Went through the drive through. The lady taking our order for three was great, but we could hear someone in the background shouting "oh hell no" multiple times in the background. There were multiple issues with our order that we only found on the way out of town, paid for a 4 piece meal and got 2, paid for a large drink and got medium, paid for extra side of fries and got shorted. Would not recommend this location.
Absolutely ridiculous! They overcharged me for a meal I didn’t want and when I call to complain that they gave me a large meal when I didn’t want it, they tell me that they will just remake my meal for me. I come up here and this very rude old lady says they will not remake my order and was raising her voice at me when I ask why would a manager say that they will remake my order and then tell me differently.
