I was waiting on my order today and this lady slammed the drive thru window and say words that rythmn with Duck Cue. Then the lady came in to confront her about about and she was beyond rude with the customer. She told her if she doesn't speak English to leave her restaurant. The woman said, I am Puerto Rican and I have a right to be here and she said leave now. This woman has no business working with the public. How embarrassing for this corporation.
Went through the drive through. They spilled my drink on me when handing it out the window. Had to wave them down to get napkins because of course there wasn’t any in my bag. I get all the way home and they didn’t give me any sauce after I asked for it and the chicken was dry. I don’t know why I keep giving this place another shot.
Would give 0/5 if possible. After waiting over 45 minutes for a mobile order, the $9 box of shrimp that was supposed to be 1/4lb had 13 popcorn shrimp-see picture. I also ordered tenders that were given to us still raw in the middle (also pictured)!!! They also left out our caramel cheesecake cup and dipping sauces they charge extra for… and no napkins or plasticware or anything! No response from management or corporate for an apology!
