Ive never been yelled at and told that Im too GD old to be raising hell over some fries. I simply asked for the fries to be hot and through the intercom was this attitude response of "anything else". Fries was warm at best. Doors inside are locked at 7:55 so went back through and the manager had an even worse attitude and lack of customer service. This store manager is rude and doesn't care about the customers I would not recommend going to this store because they need to treat there customers better than way they do. The head manager needs to look into this matter. Very unsatisfied service there. Please get them classes on customer service .. we order a meal and they could not fulfill because they are low on chicken. Why are they low on chicken??????
They never have customers and can never fill my order. I don’t understand how they can still be operating based on the terrible reviews and my personal experience. Don’t go to this location. Go to the one on Walnut. They will take care of you
