It was my birthday so I received a text to get a FREE apple pie. When I went to Popeyes and got my FREE apple pie, they charged me for it!!! I didn’t realize it until I got home because the app receipt said FREE. I contacted Popeyes and they won’t refund my money for a FREE apple pie!
We ordered two turkeys for pick up and it was a nightmare! So much so that I had to threaten to call the cops on the manager for theft. Point blank we paid $131 for two turkeys, paid for them, showed our receipt, my I.D., and my name was in the log and she said we could not have our turkeys without showing some account info that we never had! I told her I was NOT leaving without those turkeys! That’s when I threatened to call the police! By the way, that is theft!
They were out of spicy chicken but the workers were apologetic and accommodating. They were more than happy to give us a couple extra sauces to make up for the inconvenience! Their warm smiles and silly dancing behind the counter made my night! I know how rude people can be when stores are out of stuff but they were still having fun! I’ll definitely be back!
