I’m a regular customer at this place, but something is always missing or I get something I didn’t order. Today, three pieces of chicken and the mac and cheese were missing—and I had paid extra for large pieces.
Absolutly Marvelous
This is, without question, the worst Popeyes location I have ever visited. While placing my order, I repeatedly referred to the chicken as “mild.” Instead of simply clarifying the menu options professionally, a teenage employee interrupted and corrected me, stating that the only flavors were “Classic” and “Spicy.” The interaction came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude.
