I have often preferred not to go to this location often times the staff have been rude but toast my wife asked me to stop and grab her a sandwich.I must say it was very pleasant and great sandwich if it’s under me management I might start coming back here more often.
Good food and nice people.
I just ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders meal plus a side rice and beans The tenders looked disgusting. The rice was not completely done. No beans I paid 17 dollars for it never again
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!! Zero customer service skills. Understaffed , poor time management. I ordered a spicy family meal. I was told 12 min wait for it. It’s been over 40 minutes and I’m still waiting!!!!!! Walked inside, was overlooked and given dirty looks by the staff members for over 10 mins now. Still no food.
Used to be a much better location but for whatever reason, has gone straight downhill. Think I've tried to go here three times in two months and all three times, drive through was "unavailable" and was asked to go inside. I just leave and give my money to Wendy's next door. I run a business myself, if I was this locations owner or manager, I'd fire the entire staff and start over.
