Always super long waits and never have any sweet tea the #1 reason I go to this restaurant they always to lazy to make. Will be not going there much anymore

Havent been to this place for years since the parking lot is always pretty empty. Now I know that all the bad reviews are true. Don't be in a hurry in this place no one even acknowledeges that you exist. Ordered family meal there was not a selection of one kind of flavor had to mix the flavors up or wait 15 minutes to get all the same. The beans and rice was terrible. The rice was hard like it was taken from the box and layered on the red bean sauce then sat for hours. Publix chicken for me for now on.
The food was great! The location needs to be cleaned up.
8 piece meal, chicken was awful, tasteless skinny chicken, not meaty and way to much unseasoned hard crunchy breading, coleslaw had pickle pieces and a weird flavor, and way overpriced, will never return!
