I was shopping at Potomac Mills and stopping by for a quick meal. However, my meal was completely ruined by the manager’s attitude. He was not welcoming as he was working in service industry. If it wasn’t for the kind cashier, i wouldn’t have continued my order. My meal was supposed to be 5 legs (did show an image of online order for the cashier to be easily understand) with no biscuits, but the manager forced us to buy biscuits, which was not everyone’s favorite and did not accept the reference of exchanging to fries. Sorry, I had to give one Star…. First, the food is really bad…. Second service is not that good… That shop it look really dirty on the floor…. I will not come back here to order my food… Asking for ketchup… no ketchup… Lol!!! Chicken do not taste anything…..
Food had no flavor. Won't be back.
