I think I’m done with you guys. Just so inconsistent from location to location. This particular place in the Potomac Mills shopping center just ruined our day. We were starving, and not only did they screw up our order, the chicken was literally horrible. Is was as bland as could be. And we got spicy. placed mobile order, went to the counter and clearly stated the information of my order (specified name clearly). The cashier said it's being worked on. 10+ minutes pass, no update on the order, no follow up with us. Just watched the cashier guy continue to take orders and a bagger lady come and fulfill at least 5+ orders that were placed after mine. Why was this?
