Both evening managers need to be terminated. After ordering online it took me more than 30 minutes to pick up my order in the store. One manager walked out of the store, another manager was barely working. The lady at the register was obviously new and flustered but kept going back to the kitchen to cook chicken because the manager had walked out. Store 11844, check your cameras from 19:00-20:00. Complete incompetence. It was all the customers were talking about. One girl waited 15 minutes for her order of 4 biscuits...
