Absolutely horrible management.
I do delivery gigs several nights a week, and this location consistently has some of the longest wait times I’ve experienced. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. On multiple occasions, I’ve waited close to an hour only to be told you’re out of chicken and that I need to tell the customer to cancel the order. This place has gone downhill in a big way and im thinking Herneshia and her attitude with customers is probably 90% of the reason. Terribly rude, disrespectful, and outright unprofessional. Theres a younger guy there that was the only bright side. Give that man a raise and get rid of Herneshia.
The management and employees act like they don’t care. Been there 4 times and twice nobody helped with my order and after 10 mins I just left. Gotta do a whole clean sweep and hire a better staff
