Very disappointing experience at Popeyes. The woman taking our order was extremely rude and had an attitude throughout the entire interaction. She seemed to have been one of the managers. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and mumbled things under her breath, which made the experience very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that part of our order was missing. We tried calling the restaurant six times to see if we could come back and have the missing item corrected, but no one answered ... read more
Horrible service couldn’t hear the worker, food was dry and can barely understand who was on the speaker the worker keeps repeating themselves and so was I….just horrible.
Just came through the drive Thur 9/11/2026 and the speak was low couldn’t hear the person working kept repeating small or large fry and we wanted an medium told us they don’t have it poor service and I see why the drive Thur was dead and why customers aren’t eating there y’all need new staff and new speaker….never coming here again get it together Popeyes.
