Absolutely the worst experience. The employees just stood around doing nothing while customers waited. One guy had his pants hanging halfway down his butt, which is just disgusting and unprofessional. After taking my order at the drive-thru, they didn’t even acknowledge me when I pulled up. I sat there like a fool watching some old man pour himself a drink and start sipping it while I was ignored. The customer service here is non-existent. I didn't go in but everything was close to perfect. I did had to wait a bit longer but I don't mind it, it's fast food not instant food. The people that attended me were very professional.
Been going to this Popeyes for a while now, foods been great and the service has been pretty well oriented. Suddenly the last two times I've gone here I've waited 30m and 15m respectively. Normally before this I waited between 2m and 5m. The foods still good and all though. The 2nd visit I did get free pies for the long wait so I will give them that
Well they got my order wrong but made up for it. Nice people and place was clean and food was good
Garage service ! Always under staffed ! And it take there 25 min to get through 2 people in line ! Highly recommend you don’t waste your time here ! Food was under cooked a the fountain drinks have mold in there ! Check your cup for floaters next time you go here ! GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENTS AN A DISCRACE TO THE POPEYES FRANCHISE ! Like you guys should put in a separate exit at the drive thru just so people can leave !
