Ordered in the App to save time. When I arrived my two orders were NOT at the pickup window. I provided my two order numbers and then waited 10 minutes and no one came back to even give me a status. Finally the young female employee saw me waiting and asked about my order. She couldn't find it either so I showed her my email confirmations. She just went ahead and filled both of my Big Boxes. Food is ok but it takes forever to get it. Very few English speakers. Worst actual design for a drive through I’ve ever seen. Go to a different place.
