I’m very disappointed with the service at this Popeyes location. I asked for fresh chicken and was met with attitude and unprofessional behavior. To make things worse, I was charged for a sauce that should have been free. It also feels like there’s a big communication gap between staff and customers, which only adds to the frustration. Pathetic! Takes way too long to hand over an order. Closes doors on Friday and Saturday nights, the time when most people come over for a meal. Customer service is bad. When ordering buy 1 get 1 on Uber eats, they pack both in to one box! Not giving ketchup/ sauce packets. Check the bag always before you leave at drive through; staff might have snatched some of your food.
Staff was rude tried explaining to her what the meal came with and she refused to listen she ignored me and walked away I believe her name was Rosalba. Food was cold and I only live 2 min from the store. Very unprofessional and should be trained what comes with online orders because I didn’t receive what I should have and she refused to give me the correct items. Their food is always hot and fresh. They will also bake you up some fresh bread in ten minutes or less.
I went to this location to grab food before work . I put in their location it gave me a coupon code . They kept telling me it wasn’t valid . So I asked could I still order I was advised to drive around . I pulled to the window they see me at the window and ignored me . I asked could I order all he kept saying was the code doesn’t work . So, I drove off . Horrible customer service !
