Online pre-paid take out order. Restaurant lobby doors were locked, had to wait 40 minutes in drive thru. Service staff totally indifferent (no apology, no thanks for waiting). Food was good. Macaroni n’ cheese was great!
Store is never open even during posted business hours.
Don't drive all the way out to this location thinking it's gonna be better or faster than any other Popeyes just cause it's newer. It's gonna be a 15 minute wait no matter what. It's like corporate only allows them to fry 2 or 3 pieces at a time. Lobby and drive thru could be empty and you're still gonna wait at least 10 minutes for a 2 piece with a biscuit.
I typically love Popeyes food but this is hands down the worst location I’ve ever been to. Popeyes or any other fast food restaurant really . I waited over 40 minutes for my drive thru order of 2 chicken sandwich meals and fried pickles. Both chicken sandwiches & fries were COLD - not warm, straight up cold…and they didn’t include the fried pickles.
