I’ve been waiting for fried chicken for 20 minutes in the drive thru. People are losing their patience me included. They managed to take the fast out of fast food fried chicken unbelievable. I asked for my money back, but I don’t think I can get that right either. I think a managers needed some accountability.

Waited an extra 10 minutes in the drive through for the butterfly shrimp. Only to not even get the shrimp? Food is good but this is like the 5th time somethings been missed....
