Assistant Manager, Abimael, did an AMAZING job!! He was very attentive, informative and friendly!! He took his time explaining the different meal options and smiled through our entire process!! This is an EXCELLENT Popeyes!!! Also very clean!!!!
I was the only customer in the restaurant and never got my food. After 17 minutes I was asked if I had a receipt? I did, I paid for my order on the kiosk 17 minutes prior. The manager had a poor attitude so I asked for a refund.
The food is always freshly made hot and ready. The customer service is great. They keep the restaurant clean and neat.
This is a nice Popeyes! I ordered the shrimp and mac & cheese and everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The shrimp were crispy on the outside and seasoned perfectly, and the mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. definitely hit the spot! The workers are very nice and made the whole experience even better. They were polite, patient, and had great customer service. I really appreciated the positive energy. I’ll definitely be coming back!
