Well the fries and chicken were absolutely not fresh and definitely been sitting there on a warmer no crunch . And the area where they cook is absolutely disgusting 🫣 the only thing good was the Mac and cheese and lemonade. The girl was alright at counter and tried she looked to be alone with all that . I will not be going back .
Only 1 person working 1200 07/29/26 Kiosk charged my card but couldn't process the refund when it errored out. I tried to take the receipt to the counter do the refund could be processed, but the only one working is too busy making orders. I won't be back here again. At least until they figure out the staffing issues. Hire a new manager maybe? Not a great service plaza to visit, at all.
Asked for an 8 piece all thighs, the snotty little female behind the counter said NO. I said why? She says you can’t get all thighs. I replied I do it all the time, she said not at Popeyes. Again I replied yes ma’am every Popeyes I go to. She said well not at my Popeyes! So I went to Burger King instead and was treated with respect.
Please don’t stop at this Popeyes. Been waiting for food for 30 minutes. Only two workers was at the location on a Sunday. The lady in this picture definitely needs a new job walked around being rude and clueless.
Customer service 0/10 food 0/10 the kitchen looked dirty when I saw 👀 that I lost my happetit, I really regret ordering food from here I was hungry and didn't have many choices at that time.
