Got there at 7, the doors were locked, waited 5-10 minutes before someone got to the drive through intercom, pulled up to the window no one to be seen for another 5 minutes then 3 people walked out from the back and took another 5-10 minutes before we got the food for our delivery.
Absolutely horrible 😞 The meat had no seasoning whatsoever, smelled like it was cooked in old burnt grease, gave me a wing as a piece of dark meat. They never have change. People standing around talking. Last time you'll get 1cent of my money. I should have known better from past negative experiences. Shameful!😟
Ordered online. Sat in line for over a half hour and listened to the staff have a terrible attitude with the gentleman in front of me for no reason. I finally got to the window only to get to the window and be told, “the only wings we have right now are frozen so we can’t fill your order.” The women at the window immediately closed the window on me. This is easily the worst managed Popeyes I have ever been to. Absolute disaster of a restaurant.
