Waited about 30 minutes total. Waiting as the cars that came through the drive thru after me received their food. Tried to go inside, and the doors wouldn't open, so I went back through the drive thru and was told to give 3 more minutes as it was being bagged. After 3 minutes, I was able to get inside after another customer left to be asked my order number and be told again it was being bagged. Do not recommend. Not one bit. Food was cold. Biscuit was dry. They didn’t have straws. They were out of sides. The service was terrible. Whole girl had an attitude and we sat in the drive thru waiting for almost 10 minutes trying to order and she kept getting off the headset and would come back with even more attitude. I get it was Easter but where was the customer service cause there was none.
It was one of the worst times through this Popeyes. Out of fried picked, come to find out, out of all pickles. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, got 2 regular. Ordered a coke, didn't ask what size tried to tell her, then after given drink had to ask for a straw that lo and behold, no straws either. Then why not say that when ordering a drink? The last couple times I've gone in to Glen Ave Popeyes the food is gotten really bad at night time and when you need help with the app in the morning or in the afternoon nobody can help you with your app because none of them know how to use it.
I never want to waste food but today's take out order was so bad that I couldn't eat. They burned all the food, can't call them deep fried, simply burnt. The server was careless and she missed my fires at first. Worst Popeyes experience ever.
