Customer service at the drive-thru rude, rude rude. Why have rude people at the drive-thru? Not only that half my order was missing. Never coming back!
We stopped by to try the strawberry cheesecake pies, and got an order of fries. The pies were good, no complaints. But I did NOT know Popeyes fries hit this hard!!! The customer service was great, too. Friendly spirits and smiling faces go a long way these days. We’ll definitely be back for more fries and pies.
Went to this Popeyes and they said I had to go inside the store to get my mobile order. Not the drive through. I wait 20 and the woman says they ran out of my order and I need to cancel it. I asked how to do that and she shrugged. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Why ask my side order if you can't get it right. They talk too much in there that their not paying attention to the customers order
