Last 5 times I have ordered through the app, each time I arrive well after the order has been placed and the order has never been started. Today there was no customers in drive through or inside the store. Arrived 15 minutes after placing the order for ASAP and the employee is in the back talking on the phone. I was totally unimpressed with this Popeyes drive-thru. Ordered the 2 piece Chicken meal. Got the mashed potatoes side & a sweet tea. Got my tea, then my meal sack. Pulled out & went to get my straw for my tea. No straw, no plastic ware, no napkins anywhere. Went to eat & the chicken was old & cold as were the potatoes & biscuit. Very poor customer service! Food under cook and the management there needs to be changed. To be in the area this store is in customers should get better food quality and service!
