Took 50 minutes to get our food just for it to suck and had to remind them to get our drinks

We've been there 3 times and the service was horrible, we went through the drive through, waited 15 minutes for them to bring our food out, when we got home the chicken they gave us has been sitting under heat lamps so long it was hard and dry, the girl at the window acked like she had no idea what she was doing, will never go back, 3 times and the worse service in Newnan.
Last 5 times I have ordered through the app, each time I arrive well after the order has been placed and the order has never been started. Today there was no customers in drive through or inside the store. Arrived 15 minutes after placing the order for ASAP and the employee is in the back talking on the phone.
