I’m mad as hell and frankly deserve a credit or refund. Everytime I come to this Popeyes, they’re always out of food or never have any sauces available. Today I had a 2 can dine coupon but I was told to wait 12 minutes on the chicken. I just sat for 45+ minutes. When I finally went to check, they told me another 4 minutes. At this point I was aggravated and told them they should’ve told me and I wouldn’t have stayed. Then I asked for sauce, and they don’t have any.. of course. Visited Thursday, August 7th, just before 1 p.m. I pulled into the drive-thru for a quick sandwich before a 40-minute drive. When I reached the speaker, I was told to “hold on.” I waited patiently… and waited… until I realized I had nodded off and 20 minutes had passed with no response. I tried speaking again—nothing.
