I think it's a scam or something. As soon as I walked into Dunkin', I saw they were putting a boot on me and went to complain so they could take it off. It's a public place to shop at stores like Dunkin', Popeyes, etc., not a private parking lot like they say.
I just had the most unpleasant encounter with a Supervisor by the name "Luz"... I ordered through ubereats- bag came stapled sealed. I explained I was missing the 5.49 cent mac & cheese. I told her I receieved everything else- including the sauces. This woman said I lied "because she checked the camera".... huh???? I provided the ticket number and told her the female picked my order- her response? Tried several times and the service is always terrible. Bad attitude employees and the orders are never right. Food tasted fine but becomes questionable at this location. They also charge for each individual sauce even for the tenders. This is the only location that ive ever had issues and the rest around the area have been fine.
Here’s my situation I placed the order for tenders, ghosts pepper wings, mashed potato, french fries instead I only got french fries as a side order instead of my Second side order called and spoke to someone named Rob.
