If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered online and drove 12 minutes from my home and it said my order would be ready at 8:05 PM. When I arrived they had me pull up to the second window and I sat there for about 10 more minutes until 8:23 PM while they served 4-5 cars behind me their food who had just ordered and paid. I had paid and ordered a $16.99 family meal online at 7:40 PM. I went inside and finally got my money back. I came home empty handed to my family.
